the series

aquatint figurative photography carved back into shapes — the most demanding technique in gravure printing. objekt velvet saturated with resin, hardened into a three-dimensional image and sealed in non-reflecting black. struktur mezzotint grounds, roughened by hand with a rocker, then overpainted, collaged and embossed. untitled works on paper from 2024, mixed media. my happy valentine a series of mezzotints. fold(s) the velvet-and-resin pieces — four works. sketches colour, at home, without the pressure of perfection: the series she did not plan to show.
