a stool in mdf, veneered in ash root. its form comes from the makeshift furniture that construction workers put together on site from leftover building material; sashaxsasha came across these pieces in their architectural practice and began to document them as an archive of forms. the first piece of the series was shown at collectible in brussels in 2020, in black. this version covers the random form in a rare wood veneer, a finish usually kept for complex and costly joinery. edition of 8 + 2 artist's proofs.
