MOLECULAR necklace

like so many large molecules, molecular is defined by a sequence of rings with openings and protrusions that interlock one into the next: a family of jewellery — bracelet, necklace and earrings — formed as a single flexible, resilient organic texture.

the interlocking elements are made possible by sls/sla 3d printing: each ring carries an undercut housing around which the next element is literally built. a complex form that elevates its production technology — the geometry cannot be replicated with any technology other than sls/sla 3d printing.
