Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods — or of the last item, where an order is delivered in several shipments.

How to withdraw. Inform us by an unambiguous statement (an e-mail to nino@thespaz.io is enough) before the period expires. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects. We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them.

Return shipping. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Parcel goods: please send them back insured within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Pieces that cannot be sent as a parcel (freight): we organise the pickup; the cost is borne by you and will be quoted before pickup (it depends on size and destination).

Damaged in transit? That is not a withdrawal case — contact us immediately. Every shipment is insured for transit; you receive a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Diminished value. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised (custom / made-to-order pieces).
