spazio began in 2020 as a family project in a 19th-century factory courtyard at aventinstraße 1. between 2021 and 2024 it grew into one of the quarter's liveliest rooms: 37 exhibitions, launches and gatherings — from christine schuhbeck's enter the void to the calima coffee pop-up that later became its own munich café.

in early 2025 we closed the public programme — a victim of its own success. the space lives on quietly: artist residencies, collaborative sessions and a small community of creative freelancers. in late 2026 it reopens as a members' club for creatives — with exhibitions and talks hosted by the members themselves.
