What we collect and why. When you order, we process the data needed to fulfil the contract (name, address, e-mail, order and payment details) — legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). When you visit the site, technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) is processed in server logs to deliver the site securely — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every mail.

Processors. Our shop runs on Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland; Shopify Inc., Canada — an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists for Canada; transfers are additionally covered by standard contractual clauses). Payments are processed by the payment providers shown at checkout; we do not store full payment credentials. E-mails and the newsletter are sent via Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA — EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses).

Cookies. The shop uses cookies that are necessary for its operation (cart, checkout, language). Where analytics or marketing cookies are used, they are only set with your consent via the cookie banner.

Retention. We keep order data for the statutory commercial and tax retention periods. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are deleted after a short period.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Portugal: CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, cnpd.pt).

No sale of data. We do not sell personal data and only share it with the processors named above as far as necessary to run the shop.
