spazio is small on purpose: a gallery run between munich and lisbon, with a network of freelancers around it. we are opening a second address in lisbon in 2027, and the collection is growing faster than the two of us.

the roles below are freelance or part-time, and they are real: each one is work we are doing badly at the moment because nobody owns it. we answer every serious application ourselves.

studio & designer relations — portugal freelance, lisbon. finding studios for collection 01, first contact, onboarding, keeping them informed. you know the portuguese scene, or you want to. photography & product content freelance, project-based. turning studio material into images and listings that hold up next to the piece. photography, retouching, and the discipline to keep 260 listings consistent. collector & trade sales commission-based, remote. architects, interior designers and private collectors. you like long conversations about one chair, and you follow up. logistics & compliance freelance, part-time. freight quotes, insurance, customs outside the eu, packaging compliance in every destination country. unglamorous and worth a lot. gallery & community — munich part-time or working student. the space at aventinstraße: visits, viewings, small events, and the residencies that use it. nothing that fits? tell us what you would do here and why it would make us money or make the gallery better. that is the whole application.
